Fotorgear warrants that any non-electronic products sold by Fotorgear will be free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a defect in the product arises, We will repair or replace it with a new or refurbished product or component. This Warranty does not apply to (x): Products purchased from unauthorized resellers; (y): where the instructions for use and activation of the product are not complied with; or (z): where the product is damaged as a result of normal wear & tear, accidental damage, abuse, unauthorized modification or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

*Electronic gear Warranty
Fotorgear warrants that your electronic product will be free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser. If a defect in the product arises within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it with a new or refurbished product or component. This warranty does not apply to (x) products purchased from unauthorized resellers; (y) where the instructions for use and activation of the product are not complied with; this includes opening an electronic product without consulting or troubleshooting with a Technical Support Specialist or (z) where the product is damaged as a result of normal wear & tear, accidental damage, abuse, unauthorized modification or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
